Mediterra members approved a $14 million dollar renovation.  The renovation will include improvements to the community’s two golf courses which were designed by Tom Fazio. The upgrades include a complete renovation of of the North Course. The South Course is mid-way through a two-year renovation, with the next phase scheduled to resume April 6 of this year. The North Course project will begin this spring with the installation of a new irrigation system. Golf course improvements to Mediterra’s thirty-six golf holes will introduce premium platinum paspalum grass. This new grass, which is an environmentally friendly emerald-green turf, is known for improved play-ability and durability.

Membership in The Club at Mediterra is limited to 225 members per golf course for a total of 450 golf members.  With the limited number of members per course, it is easy to get a tee time.  There are a variety of membership options available.  Mediterra members also have access to world class practice facilities and learning center.
