Lee County Homes Sold

Overall, there were 91 Lee County Homes Sold in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero during September 2nd through 16th. Once again, Ft. Myers had the most activity with 32 real estate transactions. And, Bonita Springs was a close second with a total of 30 property sales.

Additionally, of the 32 closings in Fort Myers, 63 percent of them were single-family homes and 25 percent of them were condos. The remaining units sold were vacant lots and multi-family units. Further, of the 30 Bonita Springs properties sold, 43 percent of them were single-family homes and 33 percent were condos. And, the rest of the closings were commercial units, mobile homes or vacant lots.

Finally, Estero finished the month with a total of 28 property sales, 39 percent of which were condos and 36 percent were single family homes.

In summary, 43 single family homes, 30 condos, 11 vacant lots, 2 commercial units, 4 mobile homes and 1 multi-family units sold during the two week.
