Colliers Reserve Country Club

Colliers Reserve Country Club is a world-class golf community in North Naples, Florida. The 18-hole golf course combines the land’s beauty with expert course design by Arthur Hills. In addition to the golf course, the club offers excellent practice facilities.

Also, the club was designated the first Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Signature golf course in the country. So, members enjoy golf in the natural setting featuring natural preserves and a glimpse of Florida wildlife. Furthermore, the course’s holes are tree-lined with several bunkers and water hazards that come into play.

Additionally, the club offers a wide array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, 2 bocce ball courts, 4 pickleball courts, and 5 Har-Tru tennis courts. Moreover, there is a unique opportunity to kayak to the Gulf of Mexico from the private boathouse. Notably, the club was recently designated one of the healthiest clubs in America.

Collier’s Reserve is a private gated community with 224 custom single-family homes. Further, the membership cap is 300 members. Finally, the community is located along the Cocohatchee River and just two miles from the beaches. It is conveniently located 3 miles from the beach and close to first-class shopping and fine dining.

Frequently Asked Questions About Collier's Reserve

What is the membership cap and structure at Colliers Reserve?

Membership is capped at 300 members to ensure an unhurried lifestyle and excellent course availability. The club requires a one-time, non-refundable equity initiation fee. Because of the restricted cap, golf memberships are highly sought after, ensuring an intimate, tightly-knit social atmosphere on and off the course.

Is there a waitlist for golf membership?

Yes. Collier’s Reserve limits Golf Membership to 300 members to preserve outstanding course conditions and excellent tee time availability. Therefore, the club maintains two waitlists: one for new homebuyers and another for existing members and non-residents seeking to upgrade their membership. New homebuyers receive priority on the waitlist. In some cases, buyers may also have the opportunity to purchase a home with an assumable golf membership, allowing them to bypass the waitlist altogether.

Buyer Tip: Not all homes offer the same membership opportunities. Our team can help you identify properties with the membership option that best fits your timeline and lifestyle.

What are the clubs annual fees?

Annual fees vary depending on your membership category. Owners should budget for the Master Homeowners Association (HOA) fee, annual club dues, a food-and-beverage minimum, and a reserve fund assessment. In addition, new homeowners pay a one-time, non-refundable club initiation fee and a one-time HOA working capital contribution, which is based on the home’s purchase price and is collected at closing.

Note: Annual club dues and capital fees adjust every fiscal year. Contact us directly to receive the latest, most accurate financial breakdown for the current year.

What other amenities are available besides golf?

In addition to traditional country club amenities, Collier’s Reserve features a private, riverfront Boathouse. Residents have the unique lifestyle opportunity to launch kayaks or canoes directly into the Cocohatchee River and paddle all the way out to the Gulf. The community also features:

  • A state-of-the-art sports and fitness center.

  • 5 Har-Tru tennis courts and 4 dedicated pickleball courts.

  • 2 bocce ball courts and a resort-style swimming pool.

  • Casual waterfront dining right on the river at the Boathouse Restaurant.

Can I own and use my own private golf cart on the golf course?

Yes. Unlike many private clubs in Naples that require you to use the club’s carts, Collier’s Reserve allows residents to own and use their personal golf carts on Arthur Hills’ designed course. For homeowners who love the convenience of driving their own cart straight from their garage to the first tee, the club offers a private golf cart program. Personal carts are also perfect for cruising down to the private riverfront Boathouse for dinner or visiting neighbors.

What types of properties are available in Collier's Reserve?

Collier’s Reserve is an exclusively single-family home community featuring just 224 custom estate homes. There are no condominiums, coach homes, or attached townhomes within the gates. Each property sits on a generous, oversized lot, often featuring sweeping views of the golf course, private lakes, or dense nature preserves.

How far is the community from the beach, shopping, dining and travel?

Location is one of the premier highlights of this North Naples private country club. The neighborhood is tucked away along the river corridor but offers fast access to just about anything you need.

  • Beaches: ~5–10 minutes or just 2-3 miles to Delnor-Wiggens Pass State Park and Vanderbilt Beach.
  • Mercato & North Naples Dining: ~5–7 minutes for upscale boutique shopping, nightlife, and fine dining.

  • Downtown Naples (5th Avenue South): ~20 minutes.

  • Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW): ~30 minutes via quick, direct access to I-75.
