The Club community has 410 homes spread over 755 acres, of which 59 percent of which is dedicated to nature preserves. Audubon is one of 800 communities in the entire world that have the honor of being a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
Golf membership in the Country Club is limited to 300 members. This relatively small size means that people coming into the Club or community find it easy to make new friends. Also, the small number of members results in an exceptional level of camaraderie that truly makes Audubon different from so many other communities.
A newly renovated 19,000 square foot State-of-the-art Lifestyle Center recently opened offer members a modern fitness facility and spa. Additionally, the club has improved their Courtside Cafe which features indoor and outdoor dining and bar offering casual dining for members to enjoy. Finally, the community includes several amenities for members to enjoy including an Olympic size 25-meter heated pool, 7 Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball courts, croquet and bocce ball courts.
