This 27 hole course is unusual for Southwest Florida because of its rolling terrain. The greens are medium to large, and very fast. They are also moderately undulating. Some of the greens are two and three-tiered. The fairways are tree lined and rather tight. The course hosted a qualifying round for the Senior PGA Tour Ace Classic in 1999. Golf and River Club memberships are included with residence purchases. Pelican Sound has 1300 bundled units.
